Solomon was: Known for his wisdom: Not long after Solomon became King, God visited him in a dream and told Solomon to ask God what He should give him (1 Kings 3:5-15; 2 Chronicles 1). He was only nineteen or twenty years old, and he needed wisdom to be able to judge such a great company of people. The queen came to Solomon with camels carrying spices, gold and precious stones.
